Your first visit will last about an hour and include a deep dive into your current health concerns and your overall health, an exam focussed on your current concern, and your first adjustment (if that seems like the best course of action). New patients often tell me that the conversation we have on their first visit is the most comprehensive conversation they’ve ever had about their health.
I’ll use all of this information to make a customized plan for you that can include in-office chiropractic care, take-home exercises or habit changes, and basic nutrition recommendations all tailored to fit your goals and needs.
On the second visit, we’ll review your customized plan, discuss any questions that you have, and perform your second chiropractic adjustment.
